HOW TO USE READY PLASTER
(A) Surface Preparation :
The surface should be free from dust, grease, or any external particles that affect the binding process.
The surface should be made moist with clean water in case it is dry.
(B) Mixing :
Add 11 to 12 liter of water in a Ready Plast 50kg bag.
Mix the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes depending upon the speed of the mixing equipment.
When the mixture is ready, leave it for 5 minutes. Mix the mixture once again just before use.
An accurate ratio of water and Ready Plast is required for best results.
(c) Method Of Application :
Most the surface before applying plaster on it.
The thickness of plaster must be between 8 to 12 mm on a single application.
